I'm starting to notice that I am kind of mean to the people closest to me when I'm stressed out or frustrated. How can I get over this? I wasn't always this way...
The only thing that works for me is consistent immersion in the scriptures and conference talks. When I do this regularly, and for me that often needs to be more than once a day, I am less stressed and less mean. I am also convince that there are cycles. At times it will be bad for several days for no reason and then pass. Love you
Call me. There are several things I've tried that have helped at different times in my life: Calcium, Progesta Care, L-theanine, St. John's Wort. But, the only thing you think you could take while nursing is Calcium. Studies show that women who took Calcium every day for two months had 50% less irritability than others. I've noticed my crankiness isn't as severe. I also take fish oil, Vitamin B, and Vitamin D to help. Exercise helps boost seratonin which helps tremendously. Sleep helps a ton too. Good luck!
